  1. 18% GST & applicable gateway charges would be extra.
  2. Conference kit will not be provided for co- delegates.

Registration Guidelines:

  • Please read the registration terms and conditions carefully before beginning online registration. Should there be no payment received within the given grace period of 10 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.
  • Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of change in date/venue due to unforeseen conditions.
  • It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter/PG certificate to avail the registration in PG

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • 50% of registration fee (Excluding GST) for cancelation request before 31st December 2023.
  • No request for cancelation will be entertained after 31st December 2023
  • Refund will be issued after one month of completion of conference
